End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 1st January 2025

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Esseno Life SL ("Esseno") for use of the Esseno Offers app.

1. License grant:

Esseno grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. License Restrictions:

You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the app
• Sell, sublicense, or lease the app
• Use the app in violation of applicable law

3. Ownership:

Esseno retains all ownership rights. This EULA does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

4. Updates:

We may provide updates and improvements. Continued use after an update signifies agreement.

5. Termination:

This license will terminate automatically if you violate this EULA or uninstall the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty:

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Esseno does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.

7. Limitation of Liability:

Esseno shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law:

This EULA is governed by the laws of Spain.
